Lead Engineer - DevOps (4-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Certification in DevOps preferred.

- Architecting and building robust CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps using Python scripting to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

- Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Python to manage cloud infrastructure provisioning.

- Integrating security scanning and code quality checks into the pipeline.

Monitoring and Logging :

- Setting up comprehensive monitoring systems using Azure Monitor and custom Python scripts to track application health, performance metrics, and identify potential issues.

- Developing logging strategies to capture critical system events for troubleshooting and analysis.

Team Leadership :

- Leading and mentoring junior DevOps engineers, promoting best practices and technical standards

- Collaborating with development teams to identify and implement improvements to the DevOps workflow

- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing solutions

- Must have experience in Kubernetes.

- Must have good knowledge in Shell scripting.

- Must have exposure on both open source as well as cloud-based DevOps tools.

- Must demonstrate skills in finding opportunities for automation.
