Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on payroll processing and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
• Calculate Employee TDS and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
• File TDS returns accurately and within deadlines.
• Assist employees with investment proof submissions and declarations.
• Maintain financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Address any discrepancies or issues related to payroll and taxation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, with a focus on payroll and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of TDS calculations, filing, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in accounting (e.g., CA, CMA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with labour laws and regulations related to payroll.
