Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming raw material inspections in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform testing and analysis, including XRF, PSD, sieve analysis, and others, to ensure material quality.
• Execute process control activities, such as slip testing and moisture content analysis, to maintain consistent product quality.
• Carry out final quality inspections to ensure compliance with required standards.
• Accurately enter data and maintain detailed quality records for all relevant tests and inspections.
• Regularly maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Contribute to quality improvement and R&D activities and assist with the implementation of improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment by adhering to 5S practices.

Qualifications:

• 12th standard with a science group.
• BSc in Chemistry, Physics, or Mathematics.
• Diploma in Ceramic Technology.
• Note: Candidates with a Mathematics background should have studied Physics and Chemistry as allied subjects.

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Age Criteria:

• Must be above 18 years of age.
