Job Description
1.. Operational Strategy Execution
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Design and optimize business workflows, tools, and processes to ensure seamless execution across departments.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operations with business goals.
2. Data Analysis Insights
- Analyze Operation datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for operational decision-making.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams such as Practice, Sales Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR to streamline operations.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Collate the MIS Reports, CxO decks, etc and aid to fine tune the same.
4. Continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
5. Governance
- Govern Operation KPIs of Practice and other units
- Govern Financial metrics like Revenue forecasting, Cost savings Planning Governance
- Progress tracking reporting
