Responsibilities

• Leading the Solution design and consulting team, managing the
• workload and mentoring team.
• Leading presales activities (Consulting / Automation as Service ++ ) to
• generate pipeline for business growth.
• Leading Product Benchmarking activities required for prospects/deal
• Lead the execution of consulting assignments starting from project kick
• off till project closure
• Design & Develop accelerators for Automation Business.
• Estimations Effort; Cost; Time + Development of Business case(s) with
• ROI + Program planning
• Level 2 Demos of IPs, & Technical discussion with customers /
• prospects
• Contribute to Analyst reviews, Webinar, POVs, Whitepaper, KM etc.
• Assessments/Due diligence as part of deal cycle
• Automation opportunity assessment and sprint planning.
• Market Research required for Consulting
• Govern overall pipeline health, business generated by consulting, status
• update to Sr leaders on progress.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 12 years of IT Operation (Apps/Infra operations)
• experience with at least 4 years of Solution Architect experience ,
• preferably IT Ops Production support / Cloud Ops/Application
• support. AIOps Automation Solution Architecture and consulting
• will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in business process automation solutions, have hands
• on experience on at least one RPA tool Uipath / Automation
• Anywhere.

• Should have proven experience as a lead solution architect and
• have participated in RFP/RFI solution responses(including effort
• estimations) and Proposal defense, demoing solutions.

• Should have proven experience in IT Service management
• processes and practices (e.g. ITIL, CMMI, PRINCE)

• Strong communication skills interact with Sales, Architects,
• delivery leads with ability to communicate both business and
• technology SMEs

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to get things done

• Should be open for short term travels; Should be open to extend
• support hours and be available for customer calls in late evenings.

• Knowledge in ITOPS/AIOPS and Automation methodologies /
• platform trends is desirable

• Strong Knowledge in AI/ML, Gen AI and Agentic AI and experience
• in designing solutions in IT Ops or Business Ops

• Hands on Automation implementation experience will be added
• advantage

• Knowledge on AIOps tools like ServiceNow ITOM, Moogsoft,
• ScienceLogic etc. will be added advantage
