Accountabilities

Translate Business Needs into Product Requirements: Collaborate closely with collaborators to understand their business objectives and translate them into clear and concise product requirements.

Data Extraction and Integration: Pull data from various sources and effectively join and map unrelated datasets to build a comprehensive view.

Metric Calculation and Documentation: Clearly explain and document the methodology and business rules used to calculate key metrics.

Data Visualization: Build informative and visually appealing data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to team members.

Data Governance: Adhere to data governance standards and best practices to maintain data quality and integrity.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Strong proficiency in SQL, EXCEL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Knowledge of industry standards and trends.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Knowledge in Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Insights Analyst or a similar role.
