  • Role & responsibilities

  • The incumbent is a key member to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. To become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for long term. The incumbent should have the bandwidth and necessary acumen to take up a higher order business role in future.
  • This is Individual contributor role & this role reports to National Manager.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Candidature having regular touch base with top most consultants /Architects and Strand government agencies.
  • Develop & Manage Specification Partners in designated territory.
  • De-specification against the BOQ already specified by focusing on the solution attributes basis on physical and mechanical parameter of the product and commercial viability against the competition.
  • Meet train and demonstrate the products & System to Architects, Consultants/ Specifier and Builders aligned and defined as KA.
  • Specifier & Consultants in targeted firms with the ultimate goal of getting company brand specified in Projects and BOQ.
  • Generate market demand in designated territory by working as efficiently as specified.
  • Deliver effective sales meetings and presentations to a wide range of Large and Medium size builders and Institutions/ Industry through pre-book and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Respond to all inquires for specifications from various marketing resources.
  • Actively participate with regional and national team to discuss and share successful procedures to approach key contracts in building material and specification channel by networking within stakeholders connect.
  • Target, contact, schedule and conduct visits to listed architect firms and related client and monitor the relationship movement at target wise firms.
  • Engage and partner with the sales team on daily basis to access market condition, exchange information and capitalize within the organization and intra department functional pears.
  • Be able to work under predetermined targets recording the activity into CRM and Lead management system.
  • Collaborative with core functions (Marketing, Logistic, Legal, Finance etc.) to deliver on business objectives.
  • Full fill other duties as required basis on the situational demand.
  • Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.
  • Ability to take initiative to think outside the box and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Proven success in sales prospecting accounts and Funnel management and techno commercial approach while specification with approach of techno commercial selling.
  • Identify gap areas and find solutions.
  • Track the specifications done at clients space with proof of specifications and building on the funnel projections basis on the design and BOQ.
  • Working closely with technical services team to ensure development of applicators for installations, defect free installations, Product training to the customers, Maintaining upto date knowledge of new applications technologies.
