Job Description:
Astral Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Production and R&D Specialist to lead production and research initiatives in the field of macro polymers, resins, and plastics. The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical expertise, a proven track record in R&D and production, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee production processes for macro polymers, resins, and plastic materials.
• Conduct advanced research and development to enhance product quality and performance.
• Optimize production workflows to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, engineering, and procurement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Expertise in macro polymers, resins, and plastics (RPL).
• Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry and material science.
• Hands-on experience in production operations and R&D processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in tools/software for R&D and production management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: B.Tech/B.Sc in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Master's Degree: M.Tech/M.Sc or Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry/Materials Science (preferred).

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Macro Polymers, Resin, and Plastic manufacturing.
• Exposure to industries like adhesives, paints, or chemicals will be a bonus.
