Role Description :

A new job opportunity has opened for a passionate Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional consultant with proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in understanding business requirements, designing and building high-quality, innovative solutions fully compliant with relevant industry standards. Working with a talented team of professionals you will take a leading role and help us shape and evolve our Oracle Cloud Practice. Note that these roles require at least two implementation experience of Oracle Order Management Cloud modules as a pre-requisite to be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities :

The following list provides a view of the activities that you would be undertaking :

Capturing business requirement and conducting solution design in Oracle Supply Chain the following areas :

- Oracle Inventory Cloud - including Shipping.

- Oracle Order Management Cloud - including Pricing, Intercompany, Drop-ship, Back-to-Back flows.

- Demonstration of standard business processes / flows to Client User Group(s)/ Process Owners/ Business SME

- Ability to comprehend existing business processes / practices, identify / capture additional business / reporting requirements.

- Solution Design - Prototypes, Fit Gap analysis and walk through with User Groups)/ Process Owners/ Business SME for finalization.

- Identify and document Test Cases / Plans for Acceptance in line with the finalized process / transaction flows.

- Identify and document data migration methodologies for Master / Transactional elements including extraction, validation, transformation, migration, verification / validation.

- Configuration of CRP / Test / Production Environments

- High / Detailed Level design for all identified CEMLI objects.

- Prepare Key User Training Courseware and Conduct Training sessions.

- Raise Service Requests [SRs] with Oracle Support for any Product issues and liaise with Oracle Support until resolution.

- Liaising with cross work stream leads including technical leads with a view to ensure end to end solution validity.

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at different levels

- Ensuring quality solution delivery by ensuring regular solution reviews

- Conduct User Acceptance Workshops to assist Client User(s) )/ Process Owners/ Business SME to execute

various Acceptance Test Cases and record results for evidencing completion.

- Migration of Master / Transactional Data during various Phases, Reconciliation and Customer Acceptance.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience with at least two implementations of Oracle Order Management Cloud modules in the above specified modules.

- Must have experience in Distribution scenarios including Intercompany, Drop-ship and Back-to-back scenarios.

- Exposure to Financial Orchestrations would be an advantage.

- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes in a manufacturing and global supply chain/ distribution business.

- Good understanding of Cloud delivery methodology.

- Ability to design and deliver client workshops.

- Good experience of working with clients based in Europe and USA.

- Ability to deliver quality deliverables in both remote and on-site working mode.

- Ability to lead and inspire a team of broad skilled resources.

- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud layers and use cases for industries.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

- Self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and results oriented.

- Certification in Order Management / Inventory cloud will be an added advantage.
