Aster Solutions - .Net Solution Engineer - Sharepoint (4-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

This is contract to hire position, duration is for 6 months.

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with hands-on experience in ASP.NET, MVC, SharePoint, and a background in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring seamless integration with SharePoint, and delivering robust, scalable solutions tailored to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and C#.

- Implement and customize SharePoint solutions to meet organizational needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring software aligns with business objectives.

- Develop and maintain APIs and web services using RESTful services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing application performance.

- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in all developed solutions, adhering to GxP and industry regulations.

- Work with SQL Server for database design, optimization, and management.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.

- Experience in designing and developing solutions on SharePoint Online / SharePoint On- Premises.

- Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React (preferred).

- Experience working with SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., Azure or AWS) is a plus.

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is highly desirable.

- Understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) is a bonus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.Tech, / BE or equivalent in computer application .

- Certifications in Microsoft SharePoint, Azure, or .NET technologies.

- Experience with Power Automate and Power BI is an advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
