Assistant Manager - Business Analytics and Intelligence

Description:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and visualize healthcare data

across our hospital group. You will create and maintain dashboards, monitor key controls, and

support data-driven decision-making across departments using tools like Python, PowerBI, and

SQL.

Key Responsibilities and Skillsets:

• Design and maintain PowerBI dashboards for key hospital performance metrics.
• Extract and analyze data using Python and SQL to support operational, financial, and

clinical decision-making.

• Manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare

standards.

• Implement and monitor data quality controls and ensure real-time reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support data projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL PL/SQL, Python or R)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Expertise in BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
