Assistant Manager - License Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage and maintain software licenses for Office 365, SentinelOne, and Mimecast.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor license usage and optimize license allocation to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to forecast licensing needs and plan for renewals.
• Provide support for Office 365-related incidents and service requests.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Office 365 administration and license management processes.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation and management tasks within Office 365.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Office 365, SentinelOne, and Mimecast.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Office 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, SentinelOne, and Mimecast licensing models.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified:  Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert) are a plus
