AstaGuru Auction House is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Events with over 20 years of expertise in event management, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, and delivering high-impact events that align with the organization's business goals, particularly in the luxury art and collectibles auction industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, innovative event planning expertise, and the ability to drive operational excellence across all event functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy to enhance AstaGuru's brand presence and engagement in the art and collectibles market.

- End-to-End Event Management: Oversee all aspects of auction-related events, including exclusive previews, exhibitions, VIP gatherings, and online auction experiences.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of event professionals to drive creativity, efficiency, and excellence in event execution.

- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, collectors, sponsors, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.

- Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control while delivering premium-quality events.

- Innovation & Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to create cutting-edge, engaging, and immersive event experiences.

- Crisis & Risk Management: Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure smooth event operations.

- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure event success and provide detailed post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 20+ years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the luxury, art, or auction industry.

- Proven track record of delivering high-profile, exclusive events tailored for HNIs, collectors, and art enthusiasts.
