Job Description:

Assured Business Services is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our accounting team in Vadodara. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting software and compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks and operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Proficient use of accounting software such as Tally, Xero, QuickBooks, and Zoho to maintain and reconcile accounts.
• Handle statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, tax audits, statutory audits, and income tax return filings.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, analyze financial data, and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
• Strong experience with accounting software such as Tally, Xero, QuickBooks, and Zoho.
• Extensive knowledge of GST, TDS, tax audits, statutory audits, and income tax return filing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• B.Com in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
