Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Analysis:
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on business strategy, operational improvements, and technological advancements.
- Lead enterprise-level initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and vision.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on thorough market, competitor, and business environment analyses.
- Prepare robust business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI, and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
Enterprise Business Process Management:
- Define, model, and document highly complex processes for critical business functions.
- Drive the adoption of automation, digital transformation, and process optimization solutions.
- Benchmark internal processes against industry standards and recommend best practices.
Portfolio and Program Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring resource optimization and prioritization.
- Serve as a program manager for initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure program deliverables meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Data-Strategy and Analyst:
- Leverage advanced analytics to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Develop predictive models to support proactive decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards, offering real-time insights to stakeholders.
Regulatory and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, data protection laws, and organizational policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business processes and proposed solutions.
- Conduct impact analysis for organizational changes, ensuring readiness and resilience.
Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze consumer behaviour and demographics to identify target audiences.
- Prepare detailed market segmentation reports to inform marketing strategies.
