Associate Technical Architect - Workday

Key Result Areas :

• Ability to coordinate with developers, QA and Product owners
• Liaison with the global business, support and development teams
• Ability to acquire an excellent knowledge of the healthcare business domain
• Ability be able to mentor Juniors and resolve issues

Technology Skills Must to have :

• Hands-on experience in EIB, Studio & Core Connectors
• Should have the ability to lead the team and other stakeholders
• Need to enhance existing Workday integrations and develop new features
• Responsible to be knowledgable and working on Workday Integration framework.
• Work hand in hand with HRIS for ongoing production support and enhancements.
• Knowledgeable about JIRA
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions

Qualifications :

• Experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting.

Environment: - Workday Report Writing, custom reports, calculated fields, Custom Objects, EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connecter, XSLT, XML, Document Transformation, compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Implementation Tenant, Sandbox Tenant, Production Tenant
