Role & responsibilities: The objective of this role is to update, verify and reaffirm the product details purchased by the clients before activating their subscription on 99acres.com. The role shall also be responsible to provide after sales support to enhance overall customer experience.

Job Description:

• Manage product activation of paid owner clients via regular interactions
• Understand the client's requirements and coordinate the same with various internal stakeholders

including design, product, operations etc. to ensure smooth functionality of the advertisement

product / online listing

• Handle client escalations by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
• Maintain and sanitize large volume data on a daily basis
• Create customer satisfaction and delight by solving queries related to optimum usage of opted

services with quality inputs and provide resolution within the defined TAT

Required Skills:

Preferred candidate profile: Excellent communication skills

• Prior work experience in customer service/business development/voice process
• Active listening skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
