• Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be confident & dynamic
• Should be efficient in resolving customer queries and concerns
• Should be a Team Player, Quick learner, creative and achiever
• Should be passionate about work output
