Associate Project Manager

• As a Sr Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end set-up, execution and analysis of multichannel campaigns on SFMC in allocated markets together with relevant stakeholders
• The main responsibility is to ensure best in class multichannel campaign execution and efficient operations for a great customer experience across activated touchpoints in the customer journey
• Shift Timing 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
• Be the single point of contact and orchestrate the communication flow between affiliate Multichannel Lead, Campaign Partners and the Content Hub Partner, securing smooth end-to-end set-up, execution and analysis of multichannel campaigns on SFMC, focusing on campaign goalsetting, segmentation and activation of the right channels and content for a great customer experience
• Support affiliates in raising the barwith their multichannel campaigns including commitment to continuously improve the customer experience, ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, with both internal and external stakeholders
• Understand Salesforce Marketing Cloud and be familiar with functionalities like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Web Studio, Automation Studio to guide affiliates define their journey in the best way possible
• Contribute to deliver on Multichannel Hub KPIs

Qualifications

• Masters degree or above in relevant area
• 5+Years of experience as Project Manager and/or Account Manager in similar size organization
• Deep knowledge and previous experience with (digital) pharma marketing is preferred
• Knowledge of -and experience with email marketing and marketing automation is required
• Knowledge of -and experience with SFMC (or other marketing automation tools) as well as features/functionalities available to build and execute campaigns is a plus
• Ability to translate marketing/sales requirements into functional campaign possibilities based on platforms and tools available
• Excellent project -and stakeholder management skills; managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders involved
• Outstanding presentation, communication and facilitation skills
• Self-motivated, ability to deliver on tight timelines, strong attention to detail, and focused on delivering the best possible experience for affiliates and local customers (Healthcare Professionals)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented climate; across functional areas and multiple locations
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
