Job Title: Associate Manager/Manager Digital Solutions Expert
Key Responsibilities:
Solutioning & Strategy Development:
Collaborative Approach: Partner with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, technical and creative teams, to deeply understand client objectives, challenges, and industry landscape, ensuring a unified approach to solution development.
RFP & Proposal Management: Take ownership of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, managing timelines, responding to client queries, and coordinating across teams to develop compelling proposals. Prepare and manage pitch decks, ensuring that all proposals are aligned with client expectations and industry best practices.
Tailored Digital Solutions: Design and craft customized digital marketing strategies and services that are aligned with client business goals, leveraging a mix of Search, Social, and Programmatic advertising channels.
Innovative Offerings: Present and pitch forward-thinking, scalable digital service offerings that address client needs and solve their specific business challenges, ensuring innovation and value delivery at the core of every solution.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies to successfully introduce and drive adoption of new digital solutions across target clients, maximizing market reach and client success.
Client-Centric Focus: Prioritize client satisfaction and outcomes by continuously adapting and refining strategies based on feedback, performance data, and evolving market conditions, ensuring long-term client relationships and growth.
Market Insight & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to inform and shape the strategies, ensuring the agency remains competitive and cutting-edge in digital marketing.
Proficiency in Digital Research Tools: Utilize a wide range of digital research tools to gather key market insights, competitor analysis, and audience behavior data, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of client pitches.
Client-Centric Focus: Continuously refine strategies based on client feedback, performance analytics, and market trends to ensure solutions evolve with changing business landscapes.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in solutioning, GTM, and client pitching within the digital services domain.
Strong expertise in digital channels, including but not limited to web, mobile, social media, Search, Programmatic, Social listening digital marketing, and AI-driven solutions.
Proven experience in leading successful RFP responses, proposal development, and client presentations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client pain points and craft tailored digital solutions.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority proposals simultaneously.
Willingness to take ownership of pitches and deliver high-quality presentations to senior leadership.
Experience working with clients in the US and EU markets.
Prior experience working in the Healthcare/Pharma industry, with an understanding of its specific digital transformation needs and challenges is a plus having.
Expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
Strong understanding of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Deep knowledge of analytics, reporting, and ROI-driven campaign management.
Experience with multi-channel, integrated digital marketing strategies.
