Role Overview

As the Audio QC Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of audio quality for our Hindi content. You will lead a team of QC professionals and work closely with content creators, editors, and sound engineers to ensure that our audio content is error-free, culturally sensitive, and resonates with Hindi audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a team of Audio QC Assistants, providing guidance, training, and support.

2. Implement QC processes and best practices to maintain the quality of audio content.

3. Review and evaluate audio content in Hindi to identify pronunciation, grammar, cultural relevance, and overall quality issues.

4. Ensure that audio content adheres to company guidelines.

5. Utilize audio editing software and tools to identify and rectify audio issues such as noise, distortion, or inconsistencies in volume and clarity.

6. Provide technical recommendations to improve audio recording and production processes.

7. Maintain detailed records of audio QC assessments, issues identified, and corrective actions taken.

8. Generate reports on the quality of audio content and provide feedback to content creators and producers.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to audio quality.

10. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the QC workflow.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Audio Production, Linguistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in audio quality control, audio editing, or a related role.

- Familiarity with audio editing software and tools.

- Excellent attention to detail and a keen ear for audio quality.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
