Associate / Sr. Associate (claims)

We are looking for candidates who are:

Graduates with minimum 1 year experience

Ok with UK shifts

Ok to work from office

The JD includes:

• Reviewing and setting up claims received from the Syndicates & Broker on the client systems
• Checking the policies and uploading to websites and doing declare tracing
• Creating PRF and Lloyds claims form and sending to XCS
• Assigning the claims for further actions and approving ECF entries for the Syndicates
• Updating reserve on ECF and chasing Brokers and Trading partners for getting an update on the movement of claims
• Contact relevant parties to obtain missing information (as necessary)

Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations/complaints
