Key Performance Indicators
Design Management: Review of detailed design submissions received from Consultants / EPC contractor for MEP Systems based on approved concept designs.
Design conflict / clash management, Design coordination with user departments, consultants, Internal design team and other stake holders of the Project and ensure timely release of tender drawings and GFC drawings.
On time approval of Design submissions
Issue of GFC drawings.
Procurement Management : Finalize tender specifications, drawings and BOQs for procurement.
Assist the procurement team with Technical and Commercial inputs in tendering, vendor evaluation and finalization for all packages related to MEP systems and ensure orders are placed as per Master program
In/on-time Procurement, Cost compliance while ensuring quality of selection.
Construction Management: Responsible for Development and implementation of detailed construction schedule (design development to Handing over of MEP systems) as per agreed timelines. Ensure periodic review and update in association with contractor and other stake holders.
Execution of all MEP systems & other interface works as per the quality & cost parameters specified in the contracts
Engage with multiple contractors for MEP related works for smooth execution of the project.
Completion within Time, quality & Cost.
Zero non-compliance on all statutory parameters
Zero/Minimal Conflicts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Handing over and Contract Closure : Responsible for development of required documentation for a proper transformation (Handing Over, Taking Over).
Conduct Trial/Live operations post commissioning of the project to ensure smooth transition to operation phase.
Ensure rectification of snags identified during the trial/Live operations by the OEMs and system stabilization.
Assist Procurement and Contracts team to close the all project related contracts.
Operating & Maintenance Manuals.
Snag list and rectification report
System performance report
As built drawings
Timely closure of contracts
Compliance: Health Safety environment and regulatory compliances - Assist and work with the management for effective deployment of safety policy and achieve the safety objectives and targets /goals.
Zero non-compliances
Team Management/ Engagement: S upport team for successful implementation of related works. Identify and coach team members on their short comings in handling related works efficiently. Develop the teamwork and relationships.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Interact with Client and his stake holders of the projects like CISF, Immigration, Customs, and Airlines etc., to understand their requirements and appraise them on the project objectives.
Interact with Statutory agencies like Local Fire Authority, Central Electrical Authority, State Electricity Authority, Pollution control board, Municipal corporations, Factory Inspectorates, etc., for approvals & certifications
Interact with external consultants, Vendors / contractors for smooth execution of the projects and understand the advances in technology and trends.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Interacts with user departments and stakeholders for efficient coordination.
Interact with individual team members and cross functional teams and the senior mangement
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Should have led in design and project Management / execution of MEP Systems works worth Rs. 50 Crores to 100 Crores with overall project value between 100 to 300 Cr.
OTHER DIMENSIONS
- Executed complex MEP network systems for various infrastructure projects in Hospitality and Healthcare
- Executed MEP distribution with all required protection and safety.
- Shall have experience of coordination with government authorities.
- Shall have knowledge of protection system as per required guidelines.
- Handled a team of 10 staff for Project execution
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech) with PG preferably.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 12 to 15 Years of relevant Experience in Design and Project Management with at least 3 years as lead for MEP systems
