Research Associate/ Executive (Peptide & Synthesis)

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate must have vacancies in Peptide synthesis
2. Able to perform experiment as suggested by team leader
3. Execute the synthesis of peptides using solid-phase and solution-phase peptide synthesis methods .
4. Implement purification processes, including chromatography and filtration methods, to obtain highly pure and high-quality peptides suitable for pharmaceutical applications.
5. Utilize analytical techniques (HPLC, mass spectrometry, NMR, IR, etc.) to analyze and characterize synthesized peptides, ensuring purity, identity, and quality.
6. Maintain comprehensive records of synthesis and purification procedures, results, and quality control data. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards and internal quality requirements
7. Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to peptide synthesis, purification, and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices). Ensure all activities adhere to these standards.
8. Adhere to rigorous laboratory safety protocols and conduct thorough quality control to meet industry and organizational quality standards.
9. Manage and maintain peptide synthesis and purification equipment and analytical instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Preferred candidate profile

Good Knowledge of Peptide Synthesis.

Good in Verbal and written Communication.
