Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of chromatography i.e Analytical instrument as well chemical analysis awareness.
• Chemistry knowledge in all aspects of Preparative Chromatography to challenges focused on the isolation of by-products, impurities, protein & peptides, metabolites and active ingredients.
• Use of variety of chromatographic techniques such as DAC, SAC, Preparative HPLC, SFC & flash chromatography.
• Develop methods and carry out chiral purifications through preparative HPLC.
• Knowledge to scale-up from analytical-to preparative scales.
• Should have experience of commercial gram-scale preparative and has capability of transferring the technology & resolving the scale-up complications.
