Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, HRO
In this role, you will be responsible for overall HRO operations. Focus on continuous process improvements and adaptive changes. Develop and manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively collaborate with all clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall operational activities and ensure noise-free operations, along with strong customer stakeholder management.
Deep domain expertise in HR
Identify, implement & oversee process improvements to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
Partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure all data is efficiently managed in the Workday (or replacement HR system)
Provides strategic business support and implements solutions to enable the business to achieve its talent and growth objectives.
Serve as an escalation point of contact.
Drive regular governance/ monthly/quarterly to connect with retained leads and tower managers with strong partnerships in ensuring the success of the service delivery model.
Lead the overall operational activities of case & query management (Tier 1 & 2) service delivery.
Escalate and handover Tier 3 queries to COE or HRBP
Resolve and research associate queries as required, inc. Annual Processes (i.e., annual compensation, open enrolment, etc.)
Case management and case triaging inc. update case status on ServiceNow (or any replacement tool)
Review & audit employee portal content and provide required support to ensure the right content is updated on the portal.
Support complex projects, including new policies, programs, systems implementation, and other business reorganizations in collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g., IT, HRS, HRBPs, COEs)
Continuously identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement and BD Client service enhancements, ensuring collaboration with internal and external partners
Accountable for ensuring timely quality delivery of own work and processes by supporting Service Levels. Capture and analyze appropriate metrics and data.
Forecast staffing needs and manage team scheduling.
Deep understanding of quality & compliance with local laws & regulations is a must requirement.
Drive regular governance/ quarterly connect with retained leads and tower managers with strong partnership in ensuring success of service delivery model.
Support and drive team productivity and process efficiency.
Acquiring basic understating of country HR laws, policy, regulations, processes, and data privacy will be an added advantage.
Deep understanding of quality & compliance with North/South America local laws & regulations is a necessary requirement.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English
Relevant experience in talent acquisition and total rewards.
Exposure to Transition of a new HRO process
Should have E2E knowledge with work experience in HRO
HR skillset and experience Intermediate. Knowledge of Workday
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Workday
PGDBM / Relevant certification in HR will be preferred.
Experience in Workday & ServiceNow
Green belt/ Lean Six sigma certified would be preferred.
Relevant experience in North America HRO domain
Excellent soft skills to deal with sensitive employee grievances or relations.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English.
