Assistant Manager Training

Roles & Responsibilities-

• To offer all levels of training to diverse personnel via variety of instructional methods.
• To Gather and organize training materials to support program objectives.
• To Explain goals and expectations required of trainees.
• To Develop skill-specific training programs to promote employee development.
• To Develop complete training programs and led training using expert learning techniques.
• To Evaluated client processes, employee performance and training progress to determine additional training needs.
• Document training activities and changes to analyse program effectiveness.
• Manage various training courses by developing curricula, instructions, documents and written tests.
• Application of VARK model to analyse type of learners available in training session.
• Application of 4 Ps to make session effective.
• Automation of daily reporting formats to save the productive time.
• Training Program Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, considering the specific requirements of each LOB within the process.
• Product and Process Knowledge: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the process and its associated LOBs, including product knowledge, call flow, compliance requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
