Urgently looking For Executive / Assistant Manager - F&A, Dewas

Role & responsibilities

Receivables Accounting (Export and Domestic):

• Manage the accounts receivable processes for both domestic and export clients, ensuring timely collections and accounting.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records for receivables and obtain balance confirmation on periodic basis.
• Oversee customer credit limits and monitor as per policy.
• Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate collection efforts with marketing team and factoring to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Prepare regular debtor aging reports, analyze collection patterns, and communicate insights to management.

Treasury Management:

• Handle cash management functions, including daily cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity analysis.
• Oversee banking relationships, including management of bank accounts, borrowings , EPC and interest reconciliation.
• Evaluate and manage currency exposure for international transactions, take forward covers and hedge as per company forex policy.

Develop and implement cash optimization strategies to minimize borrowing costs

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to receivables and treasury activities for management review.
• Collaborate with finance teams to support audit requirements and provide relevant financial data.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to receivables aging, DSO (days sales outstanding), and treasury metrics.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on receivables turnover and cash flow projections.
