Role & Managing Points

Manage New Product Development across plant & function as per SOP

Generate mutually signed master schedule for periodic review to track the status

Identify Issue & risk and develop mitigation plan and facilitates team with solution

Manage open issue list and track for closure as per plan.

Preparation of TG document for review.

Review of Kakatora & adoption of best practices

Technical review on change point / concerns / specification

Prepare / Update SOP & confirm adherence

Participate in Customer meeting

Set specific standards

Manage/facilitate CFT towards QCD / Project KPIs and MIS update to management

Be a customer voice inside organization.

Desired Profile

Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing industry.

Hands on experience in Project management tools like MS-Project, PLM

Should have strong knowledge and experience in adopting IATF requirements, particularly in the area of APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA

Has the ability to effectively communicate and present.

Good in Networking, Communication and Presentation Skills.
