- Execution of Warehouse HR Functions. • Recruitment, Onboarding, Exit formalities & Attendance management.
- Payroll Management for Onroll and Offroll Employees.
- Contractor Labor Management Including Compliances.
- Manpower planning, assist in the recruitment process.
- Handling/Assistance in disciplinary and grievance handling.
- Liaison with local govt and private regulatory agencies related to HR.
- Execution of all Training, welfare, Employee Engagement programs.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment and prevent social conflicts.
- Primary contact for employees and Warehouse managers to answer HR related Inquiries.
- Supervises all activities related to the time office.
- Proactively identify HR interventions and opportunities in support of business needs and objectives.
