- We are seeking a proactive and data-driven professional to join us as an Assistant Manager Performance and Learning .

- In this role, you will manage performance management processes, drive leadership development initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational culture.

- This position requires someone with prior experience in performance management or talent development who is eager to make an impact and grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:.

Performance Management:.

- Drive the execution of monthly performance reviews (GROW process) across departments.

- Collaborate with department heads to set goals, review performance, and provide coaching insights.

- Analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations.

- Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting aligned with organizational priorities.

Leadership Development:.

- Assist in implementing leadership programs.

- Monitor the progress of leadership initiatives and track success metrics.

- Support Department Heads in identifying and nurturing high-potential talent for succession planning.

Culture and Alignment:.

- Conducting inductions for new hires to align them to the mission, vision and culture of the organisation.

- Work with Department Heads to embed organizational values into team practices.

- Provide insights into how culture impacts performance and engagement.

Operational Excellence:.

- Prepare and present performance and leadership data in MIS reports.

- Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure smooth execution of programs.

What You'll Bring:.

- 3-4 years of experience in performance management, leadership development, or organizational development.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from performance data.

- Proven ability to manage initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
