Asst. Manager- Trade Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Budgetary Planning for the state (As per Annual Operating Plan/Monthly/Quarterly)
• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to drive volume for Premium products
• Strong analytical skill to analyse the products performance and incorporate customer feedback
• Effective product placement strategies to ensure the products success
• Leading activation and marketing programs with partners to achieve 100% volume
• Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected
• Good understanding of on ground visibility elements for creating of TOM awareness
• Strong hold on vendor management to get the best output
• Vendors work evaluation & Invoice submission within timeline.
• Cross Functional requirement & support – collate & execution.

** This role requires a mix of Marketing & Sales acumen.
