Assistant Manager- Learning & Development

• Content Curation & Development: Research, compile, and curate relevant learning

materials from internal and external sources to develop engaging and effective non-

behavioural learning content as a primary responsibility.

• Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to develop engaging and

interactive training modules, presentations, and e-learning content.

• Visual & Learning Material Design: Create visually appealing learning materials using

design tools to enhance learner engagement.

• Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Assist in uploading, updating, and

managing content on the LMS.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop

content aligned with organizational goals.
