Inviting applications for the role of Pharma Analytics, Digital Content- Assistant Manager-English
In this role, you will be responsible for performing Digital activities. You will liaise with various teams and deliver to ensure an accurate solution.
You will also need to mentor and train new hires in the process.
Responsibilities
Digital content creation, update asset management including Website/Chatbots update/management Reporting for Pharma commercial analytics
Testing and publishing material to CRM linking of Prescribing Information (PI)/ Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC)
Content management for digital campaigns for promotional and non-promotional needs
Work on varied Content management systems
Management of COE activities (Centre of excellence)
Handling queries from various partners
Adherence to all compliance requirements
Completion of mandatory training, in line with stipulated timelines
Completion and review of admin related tasks for tracking purposes
Other ad-hoc requests as required
Lead the team to ensure excellence
Coach, develop and mentor team
Standardise and align processes
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Digital Content creation using HTML or Java Script
Website Development
Google Analytics knowledge is a plus
Management skills
Process improvement
System /ERP knowledge:Content Management System
