Job Description

Process Optimization Analyse and improve all the data, dashboards related manufacturing workflows, supply chain logistics, and production efficiency to reduce costs and increase output.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to production, sales, and market trends to support strategic business decisions.
Technology Integration – Identify and implement digital tools, Power-BI, Tableau and other relevant automation technologies to enhance manufacturing processes and business operations.
Cost Management & Efficiency – Assess and prepare dashboard on production costs, raw material expenses, and operational efficiencies to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct analysis of research on industry trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies to help the company maintain a competitive edge.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as a bridge between departments (production, sales, finance and quality) to align business goals with operational capabilities.
Product Development Support – Work with R&D teams to analyse market demands and customer feedback for new cable products or enhancements.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Identify potential risks in supply chain disruptions, production bottlenecks, and market fluctuations to develop proactive solutions.
Customer & Supplier Relationship Management – Analyse supplier performance, customer feedback, and order fulfilment data to improve business relationships and service levels.
