Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Structural Design

Key Responsibilities- 

1. Design and Analysis:
   - Perform structural analyses and design calculations for new warehouse structures, utilizing advanced engineering software.
   - Create detailed design plans for structural components such as beams, columns, floors, and foundations, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
   - Develop repair designs and methods for existing structures requiring refurbishment, reinforcement, or retrofitting.


2. Inspection and Assessment:
   - Conduct field inspections and structural assessments of existing warehouse facilities to evaluate conditions and identify repair needs.
   - Perform load evaluations, structural integrity assessments, and identify potential hazards or deficiencies in current structures.
- Design effective repair solutions for structural issues identified during inspections, including addressing material deterioration, settlement, or damage from environmental factors


3. Collaboration and Coordination:
   - Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural designs and repairs into overall project plans effectively.
   - Participate in project meetings and communicate project progress, challenges, and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.


4. Documentation and Reporting:
   - Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports for both new designs and repairs.
   - Document inspections, assessments, and repairs clearly for compliance and future reference.
