Job Description

Your work profile

In our Forensic & Disputes team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You ll:

Facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead key ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure productive meetings and effective team collaboration.
Removing Impediments: Identify and address obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their goals, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance on Agile practices to enhance team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Product Owner: Work closely with the product owner to prioritize the product backlog and align team efforts with project goals.
Monitoring Progress: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project timelines to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
