Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the National FM Head in all aspects of facility management.
• Ensure that all Contracts of Facility management is signed and sealed - Car, Air Travel, House Keeping, Security, Dispatch and Courier, Cafeteria, with help of National Admin Head.
• Assist in Finalisation -1) Ensuring timely schedules 2) Provisions, Scrutiny of books for monthly closing
• Ensure statutory compliance in their respective regions- ESIC, Shops and Establishment, Licenses for infrastructure, Labour requirements.
• Assist Project Manager of that region for facility management
• Assist FM head to create Admin Policy document for the group.
• Consistently work towards cost control by using technology, centralizing large activities and contract.
• Present a true and fair view of the region.
• Develop complete market knowledge on land, real estate and property on a constant basis.
