Role & responsibilities

Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting):

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:

• Attending Banking Ombudsman (BO) Complaints received.
• Maintaining Strict Compliance to the Regulatory Guidelines.
• List is saved in BO folder to review each compliant.
• Add the complaint to the BO Complaint tracker (Excel).
• Maintaining MIS / Tracker for all complaints.
• Review the complaint & list down the issues and functions required for resolution.
• Share the details & co-ordination with the respective stakeholders specifying timelines for providing resolution & response.
• Review of the resolution / response provided by the concerned team and subsequently shares the complete set of the complaint vis-à-vis the Draft Response (received from the concerned functional team) with Banks Internal Ombudsman (IO) for review.
• Post IO vetting on the Draft response, if in order, all evidences to be submitted with BO office for perusal & closure of the complaint at their end.
• Timely submission for other assignments / Adhoc Projects, assigned time to time.
• Handling Audit and compliance and fulfilling the requirements.
• Handling outsourced team / job allocation and ensuring completion of allocated job.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

• Have knowledge of computer with work on experience in handling projects in MS Office with sound of MS Excel.
• Have sound knowledge and understanding of English language.
• Have good communication skill.
• Have the basic knowledge of Banking & Finance.
• Have the knowledge of dealing with Banking Ombudsman Complaints / Legal Background.
• Have the customer centric approach.
