Assistant Manager - Field HR

Position Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and handling Pan India HR operations for field employees for a particular sales team. He will be responsible for managing employee life cycle hire to retire and will work closely with the branch and field managers to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain HR databases, and generate HR-related reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR record-keeping and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs & SLAs.
• Handle employee queries, issues and concerns.
• Timely action on all disciplinary issues in consultation with field managers and superiors.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Continuously monitor and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree Mandatory. Post-graduation in Human Resource or related field will be an added advantage.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR. Preference will be given to candidate having experience in field HR or multi-location HR operations in a Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors or SAP HR.
