AM / Team Lead

Role Overview: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee team operations, leveraging expertise in managing people, processes, and customer interactions. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in the areas outlined below, with a total professional experience of 6-8 years and a minimum supervisory span of 25-40 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
• Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing employee performance.
• Contribute to strategic plans and reviews by providing operational insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and implement action plans to optimize production, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards, resolve issues, conduct audits, and identify trends.
• Forecast resource requirements, prepare budgets, manage expenditures, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Manage client relationships by engaging with them daily via calls and virtual meetings.
• Provide detailed status updates during daily and ad-hoc meetings with business leaders to ensure transparency and avoid surprises.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with typesetting, pagination, and formatting in MS Word.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Experience in the financial publishing industry.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Power BI.
