- Exposure = High rise Residential & Commercial Tower
Job Description
- To provide Façade related inputs to Architect, Façade Consultants and Structural team
- To prepare technical specifications for tendering & procurement
- Design co-ordination with Façade Consultant for detailed shop drawings
- Preparation of detailed cost and quantity estimates of materials and labour for installation.
- Project co-ordination with installation team during execution and close monitoring
- Quality check of façade materials aluminum, glass, powder coating, gasket, sealant and other accessories.
- To conduct site co-ordination meeting, design workshop, site inspection, evaluation of vendors etc.
- Value engineering and wastage calculations of façade elements aluminum extrusion, performance glass, cladding materials etc.
