Job Description Assistant Manager -PGL

a) DOS maintenance & Updation

-Updating DOS for changes in Inhouse/Outsource/TAT/Test

-Lab specific DOS

-TAT Updation

-To create specialty specific DOS

b) Enumeration & estimation for Lateral Lab menu expansion

- Load /Order analysis sku wise for assigned labs

- Coordination with lab team for local menu expansion.

- Data support lab specific

c) Business & Channel  Support-

- Technical Support to Growth Team and corporate team for package creations and quotations

- Introduction and execution of a better pricing structure MSP for labs for profitability

- Adhoc requests as per business requirements related to catalog planning and expansion

- Technical Support to Category Management to maintain cohesiveness between Front end and back end

- Analysis of tests that can be done centrally and movement of samples to central lab end to end planning

d) Operations support

-Coordination and Technical Support for Tech and Product requirements.

- Creation of new SOPs wrt to catalog

-Coordination with Supply chain team for any new requirement or challenges from Lab Side

-parity on report formats across labs

- Technical Support to CS for escalations

e) Data MIS-

- Monthly analysis of test launches /summary of PGL department

-Maintaining summary sheet on overall product -Volumes/GMV overall tests

e) Background required-

B.sc /M.sc /B.tech Biotech MBA

Preferably from Diagnostic industry 4-5 yrs experience

Proficient in MS office- especially MS Excel & PowerPoint
