Brief About the Team

The Training & Development team is responsible for equipping store pharmacists with the necessary technical and operational expertise to enhance customer experience and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. The team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement structured training programs, including hands-on sessions, assessments, and business-building workshops.

What will you do

Training Delivery:

• Conduct technical training sessions on pharmaceuticals for store pharmacists.
• Provide hands-on training on product handling, storage, dispensing, and usage guidelines.

Needs Assessment & Customization:

• Assess training requirements and design customized programs accordingly.
• Conduct new hire induction programs and refresher training for store pharmacy employees.

Performance Evaluation & Feedback:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
• Conduct regular store visits to analyze gaps and perform on-the-job training.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to align training objectives with business goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmaceutical products, procedures, and regulations.

Business Growth Initiatives:

• Conduct business-building workshops to achieve key business objectives.

What we are looking for

• Minimum Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm or equivalent.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in Pharma Retail or a related field is preferred.
• Training Expertise: Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and assess learner progress effectively.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify skill gaps and develop impactful training programs.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage trainees and stakeholders effectively.
