Sales Trainer

1. Must have 5+ years of total experience with minimum 2+ years as a Trainer.
2. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
3. Thorough knowledge of training KPIs, coaching & feedback mechanisms, facilitation skills, etc
4. Organized, self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks
5. Experience in training of high-performing sales teams
6. Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes
