Thorough knowledge of training KPIs, coaching & feedback mechanisms, facilitation skills, etc 4. Organized, self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks 5. Experience in training of high-performing sales teams 6. Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes
