Human Resources Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager

• Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (Completed)

• Desired experience: Minimum 3 Years of working experience in the Human Resources function in HR Operations Having good experience in HR Digitalization and HR analysis

• Skills: Confidence, Strong Verbal Written Communication Presentation Skills Excel.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• To handle a Generalist Role in Corporate HR as an HR Business Partner handling all aspects of HR Operations and Leading the entire Employee Life Cycle from Hiring to Separation.

• Knowledge of Recruitment, Learning and development, and Performance Management Systems.

• Knowledge of Payroll and related compliances.

• To drive the HRM - Digitalised platform for all HR Operations

• To lead coordinate with all HR teams across Pan India for employee transactions.
