Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Finance

We are looking for a Finance Professional to manage key finance operations, including accounting, revenue management, billing, compliance, and financial reporting. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliations, revenue assurance, e-invoice generation, and audit support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage accounts payable (A/P), general ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and payment/receipt entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts.
• Process and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, contracts, and accounting policies.
• Maintain financial records and ensure adherence to taxation laws and regulatory financial standards.

2. Accounts Receivable & Revenue Management

• Analyze client contracts (warehousing, freight & SaaS) to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing.
• Generate e-invoices in compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements.
• Track outstanding receivables, follow up on payments, and resolve discrepancies.

3. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor revenue trends, client payment behaviors, and financial performance.
• Develop MIS reports and provide insights to optimize revenue processes and minimize financial leakages.
• Support management decision-making with data-driven financial analysis.

4. Audit & Compliance

• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
