About the job :

- Managing vendor masters and monthly vendor reconciliation.

- Generating and circulating timely accounts payable MIS in a standardized format.

- Ensuring bills are booked and provisions cost is done in the system monthly closure.

- Ensuring accuracy in posting expenses to the general ledger and accurate cost center.

- Ensuring compliance with respect to accuracy of deduction and withholding tax for vendors.

- Focus on defining finance charter and establishing governance framework.

- Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, validating financial targets, and setting budgetary controls.

- Managing a team of 2-3 people for bill bookings.

- Maintaining historical records and documentation for processed invoices.

- Initializing payment runs for vendors and employee pay-outs.

- Utilizing GST-based B2B wallet to streamline and optimize accounts payable processes.

- The ideal candidate should have 5 to 12 years of experience in accounts payable roles.

- They will be responsible for a range of tasks including managing vendor masters, ensuring accurate financial records, and leading a small team in bill booking activities.

- The candidate should possess an Inter CA qualification and have experience in setting budgetary controls and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
