Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an MNC.

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Finance Manager

Job Summary:

- The Assistant Finance Manager supports the Finance Controller in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, budget management, and contributing to strategic financial decisions.

- The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and reports; support budget preparation and monitor performance.

- Compliance & Audit: Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.), coordinate with consultants, and assist in audits.

- Accounts & Reconciliation: Oversee payables/receivables, reconcile accounts, and report financial data.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and support investment planning.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
