Job Description
The opportunity:
Responsible for managing key aspects of the family offices operations, including risk management, financial reporting, tax planning, compliance, and confidentiality policies. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that the family office operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:
Strategic responsibilities: -
1. Risk Management Framework:
o Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for the family office.
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
2. Financial Reporting System:
o Oversee the development and maintenance of the financials reporting system.
o Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
o Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for senior management.
Functional responsibilities : -
Tax Planning Management:
o Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
o Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws.
o Manage tax filing and reporting processes.
Systematic Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
o Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
o Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.
Policies and Procedures for Protecting Confidentiality Privacy:
o Develop and implement policies to protect the confidentiality and privacy of family office operations.
o Ensure all staff are trained on confidentiality and privacy policies.
o Monitor compliance with confidentiality and privacy policies.
To qualify for the role, you must have : -
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree or professional certifications (such as CPA, CFA, CA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5~8 y ears of experience in a similar role within a family office, financial institution, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of risk management, financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with financial software and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information.
